Please read your selected article from the Comparative and International Education: Special Issue journal, written by Shah or Seeberg. Answer the following questions in 3-4 sentences each. Be sure to write in complete sentences and edit your responses carefully before submitting.

1. How does the author of your article discuss empowerment? How is it related to agency and/or liberation? How does your author connect empowerment with the theoretical framework used in her study?
