While you did the statistical analysis such as the calculations of correlations between the participants’ responses to each of a certain pair of questionnaire items, you didn’t include its interpretation in the reports;

2. For the analysis of the qualitative data, there should be more organized reports. That is, along with emerging themes/topics from the data, you’re supposed to present your interpretation and discussion which would be supported by representative quotes from the data. Currently, it was mainly displaying each participant’s responses.
